That is one wierd looking harness, sure you don't have it on Chelsea upsidedown?
If you notice, the leash is wrapped around her legs pulling the clip down. It is an ANTI-PULL harness so the leash clip is at the front on the chest with a slip collar like attachment so if she pulls it tightens around her chest I actually bought two, one for Roxie who pulls badly when walking. Chelsea does not pull on this harness. Most harnesses with the attachment between the shoulders actually encourage pulling (like sled dogs) duh!
These anti-pull harnesses are great!
