The deer in the middle of one of the photos below cannot use its hindleg. I saw this deer a month ago or so and wondered if it would survive. A hunter's bullet? A car encounter? Dunno, but I guess it being a hindleg is better than a front. It was hard to take decent pictures in the snow. Last night it sounded like a blizzard! Mostly wind though, not snow. But it was quite the windstorm!
Still cold and windy out there, high of 34 today.
