Don't know what type of bush this is but this year it is loaded with flowers. Amazing what a little rain will do for some plants!
Update: this is called a Vanhoutte spirea or bridal wreath bush. As of today 4/25 it has more blooms on it than when this picture was taken. It is SO pretty to see when I pull up the driveway!
