Signs of Spring

You know it is truly springtime in Northeast TN when you drive by all color of tulips growing wild along the roadsides and during the early evening hours of dusk the rabbits are out on the hillside doing their happy mating dance. Jumping back and forth and running in little circles, kicking up their bunny heels! Redbuds are in full bloom, forsythias have bloomed bright yellow and are now letting the leaves take over. Dogwoods are peeking out of still barren woods and the horses are shedding their winter coats like mad. Ah, yes spring has arrived!
