October photos

Here the horses were up on the East corner of the property grazing on some nice lush pasture. (Photo of Spirit and Ari in the shade.) When we first moved here, they would not venture up to this corner on their own. Horse goblins came in the form of wild turkey and deer.

The photo with the vibrant fall colors was taken as I came out of the woods and the two chestnut horses stopped to investigate the noise. Taylor, the dark bay (in the distance near the trees) was not to be deterred from heading down to his run in shed. They have really enjoyed having the new shelter.
