While we have many birds still here, and I keep the feeders well stocked, the hummingbirds are not around of course during the winter. I need to hang the bird house in a tree for the nesters this spring. It sits right outside my bedroom on the "verandah" (ha ha). Not the ideal spot, though the cats would like it to stay there I am sure.
